My path to UX design started with a simple question: why do people make the choices they do? That curiosity led me to study clinical psychology, where I learned to see beyond surface behaviours to underlying motivations, cognitive patterns, and emotional needs.

But understanding users is only half the equation. I pursued a Master's in Computer Science to bridge the gap between insight and implementation. My dissertation project — redesigning a mood-tracking app — combined everything I'd learned: user research, iterative design, and full-stack development, achieving a 42% improvement in usability scores.

What drives me is the belief that good design is invisible. Users shouldn't have to think about navigation, accessibility, or interface conventions. They should just accomplish their goals effortlessly. Every project I take on aims for that seamless experience — backed by research, validated by testing, and built with accessibility as a foundation, not an afterthought.
